Even though he was a co-producer of the first comic conventions in the South Jersey/Philly area way back in the mid 1970’s, Rich has since been an award-winning graphic designer and illustrator for over 30 years. He’s worked extensively in the graphic arts industry as a graphic designer, marketing and corporate communications executive, and briefly for the Walt (Pogo) Kelly estate handling copyright renewals & usage requests. As an illustrator and designer he created toy packaging for licensed animation properties, and as a studio assistant to artist/author Leslie Cabarga he worked on everything from magazine and book covers to cereal boxes. As a collector of illustration art and related ephemera he has amassed a legendary collection, and a wealth of disassociated trivia! Pity him.
